    Agility Global Insights is a Planning, Assessments, and Warning-based strategic advisory consulting and training entity that
    encapsulates an appreciation of diverse threats (Insider Threat and External Actor) facing national policy, discrete operational
    concept execution, and the ever-innovative global battlespace -- all at physical and virtual levels.

    Recognizing an environment of government and military budget constraints and the reduced reliance of contractors, we have
    endeavored to provide agile decision making process mission support augmentation services so National Security does not need
    to be jeapordized while programs and functions become underfunded or neglected as a tradeoff to acceptable risk vis a vis
    necessary opportunity costs.

    The key to this success is in deliberate planning foresight and advanced insights for orders production so resources can be
    properly allocated according to operational vision and evolutionary battle tracking or before surprise events and reactionary
    response.



    What we do

    In the quest for certainty to protect national interests and assure battlefield superiority, Agility Global Insights analytically gauges
    local or international actors' motives, intentions and reactions through robust scenario planning and problem identification to
    better hone concepts of operation and post mission monitoring.  Through a wider aperture supported by rich indicators and
    problem definition, we can better ascertain timely and relevant future trends, shifts, events, and reactions so alternative actions
    can be nimbly implemented in the event of a pre-identified potential scenario unfolding.  Our senior leadership staff is also
    prepared to consult with Commanders or to train/mentor more junior staff.

    We understand safe-havens and illicit support networks to assist in targeting specific individuals and roles within closed social
    fabric trust networks or complex operating environments through pattern of life knowledge based on ground truth and a degree
    of creative imagination that often blocks visions of the possible and probable when developing concepts.

    With a better baseline built upon pervasive placement and access capabilities we can better assist in operationalized mission
    planning support through contextual scenario planning, environmental scanning, and trend analyis.  Through understanding the
    present, we can contextually put predictive response into the equation to improve the fidelity of data and early warning to
    mitigate surprise.

    Our specialty is in detecting the subtle shifts that may occur so we can anticipate actions, thereby improving both long range
    effects and peripheral vision to see feasible unintended consequences.



    How we do it

    Agility Global Insights maintains that intelligence issues are often about planning and precision difficulties.  We help our clients
    ask the right questions, craft the best plans and task intelligence collection along the right priorities.  By default this also becomes
    our value proposition.  Many clients use us to develop mission-related concepts and planning scenarios.  We can present these to
    leadership or run a staff through a two- or three-day workshops, where J-code directors, officers, operators, or analysts are
    facilitated in their discussions by our organization, who provides critical insights and additional information on trends, patterns,
    and threats.

    Our agile capabilities keep your workforce resources intact as we provide our service as a catalyst management consultant
    service.  This means that you will not have to sustain costs of our highly cleared staff as a "butts in seats" resource.  Our fees
    therefore are based on short term engagements that can be aligned to small budgets and open the door for UFR options.
